Daily Tickets

Check-in possible at any time from 9 a.m. Reduced tickets can only be redeemed in combination with a valid ID (handicap or student ID)! One accompanying adult receives free admission per child/young person with a handicap (FUN area). For adults with a handicap, one accompanying adult receives free admission (FUN area) if this is noted on the handicap ID. Admission for accompanying persons does not have to be reserved. Please note that online tickets are only valid for the date and service booked. Cancellation is only possible up to the day before via your webshop account or via the link in the order confirmation. Cancellation or redemption at a later date is not possible. If no more tickets are available on the desired day of visit, the thermal spa is fully booked and admission is no longer possible!
