Check-in possible at any time from 9 a.m.
If the included admission time is exceeded, € 2.00 must be paid for the fourth hour and the difference to the daily rate from the fifth hour onwards.


Please note that online tickets are only valid for the date and service booked.
Cancellation is only possible up to the day before via your webshop account or via the link in the order confirmation. Cancellation or redemption at a later date is not possible.
If no more tickets are available on the desired day of visit, the thermal spa is fully booked and admission is no longer possible!
